Version 1.16
Fixed a crash that could result from the utility task of bringing Radio Liberty back online. This mission may go too fast for some players. Thanks to darkvador83 for letting me know this information!
The patch center remains unchanged for this update, as there is no need to update patches.
Updated on December 13th:
Version 1.15
Fixed an issue in Bethesda's implementation of the first meeting Preston scene, causing the subtitles "Sturgis, tell her" and "Sturgis, tell him" to be repeated throughout Sturges's explanation.
Fixed an issue where Preston's next line in the same scene, where he explains what the Fusion Core is, does the same thing.
The above fixes include removing the custom animations that play when Preston speaks, as these animations were the source of the issue.
Fixed Preston skipping the line "We can finally start thinking about more than just survival" when introducing the Seize Independence mission.
Fixed an issue where Preston did not immediately enter the topic of becoming a Militia General when turning in the "First Step" quest. This was unintentionally changed by "Who's the General" to favor normal behavior here.
Fixed an issue where a script running at the end of The First Step would cause Preston and the player to stare at each other in awkward silence for a few seconds after the conversation ended.
Removed Preston's attendant dialogue prompt at the end of the scene where you become the Militia General, as the change in tone didn't fit there. Talking to Preston will still pop up the follower prompt normally.
The follower prompt above has been replaced by Preston's "In the meantime, be sure to offer assistance to anyone who needs it. It will only help our cause." This line of dialogue is more appropriate for this scene.
Added Radio Freedom alternative, if the station stops broadcasting, you can try to get it back online.
All patches have been updated and moved to a separate patch center.
Version 1.14
Fixed an issue where the Militia Mission slot could continue to be occupied for a period of time after a Militia Mission was completed. Thanks to Nuggethunter for alerting me to this issue!
The above fixes are applied after the fact and may resolve issues with Militia missions slowing down or even disappearing completely.
All patches are updated to the new version.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
