Fixed an issue where NPCs could avoid using doors until they were repaired.
All patches are updated for new versions.
A total of four files, BA2 and component format master files, standard version pre-assembly (Bethesda) and PRP version pre-assembly, have been uploaded together. The master file needs to be used together with the pre-assembly to make the module work properly.

You find an old abandoned gas station with a shelter and various tools inside. But it won't show up on your map, and it's certainly not a place you can build. Now, however, it's a fully functional settlement waiting for you.
Features
A fully functional settlement located in Cambridge with an unmarked red rocket.
New map markers for new settlements.
This settlement is compatible with radiant missions such as the Militia mission.
The pre-combine has been rebuilt to allow for more scrapping.
Use the checkout screen to repair the building.
Moved a random encounter that originally took place inside Red Rocket to now take place next to the Kendall Hospital parking lot.
Marked as lightweight plugin (esl tagged esp) to minimize impact on load order.
FAQ
**How do I get started using this mod? **
Just install it! No configuration or special steps are required.
**Does this apply to Sim Settlements 2? **
Indeed! However, it doesn't have city planning, which means it's up to you to design the city and its layout. If you like this location for your own city plan, feel free to post it online.
**Does this conflict with other mods? **
I have a pinned comment in the comments section with more information about this.
Compatible modules:
- Cambridge Police Settlement - Revisited: No special loading list required.
- Cambridge Safehouse - New Player Settlement: No special loading sequence required.
- Commonwealth Reclamation Project: Overgrowth: Use patches from the official patch repository when they are available.
- Desperados Overhaul: Use visual effects preview files in updates.
- FROST Cell Fixes (FCF): Use previs files in updates.
- Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP): Use visual effects preview files in updates.
Incompatible Mods:
- Red Rocket Settlements: It has another settlement in the same location. Use one of these.
- Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Red Rocket Settlements: It has another settlement in the same location. Use one of these.
**There is already a Red Rocket Settlement mod, why bother playing this one? **
You should use whatever mod you like. I made this mod because it fits my preferred playstyle, and I'm sharing it because I thought people might want to give it a try.
**Will you be doing the rest of Red Rocket? **
I plan to, eventually. However, this is a big project and I decided to separate this particular location from the ongoing mod in order to get some early feedback and testing of the way I set up the locations.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
