We are all volunteers, volunteers strengthened

Volunteers are the best choice to rebuild the Federation for the following reasons:

More settlements = more resources = highest quality = strongest equipment = best mass base

However, the reality is cruel! They like to show off, being strong on the outside but hard on the inside, so the author couldn't help but attack them.

This MOD features:

• The range of the flare gun is slightly enlarged
• The level of reinforcements of volunteers is similar to the player level and enemy level, and they are no longer level 1 waste.
• Increase the probability of volunteer patrols near settlements
• The volunteers wore uniforms.
• Added a "Volunteer Veteran" level. Veterans will wear specific clothes and use Gauss weapons.
• Volunteers will wear a variety of small items, such as sunglasses, headscarves or masks (making them look different)
• The weapons of volunteers are more diverse and are no longer limited to laser guns.
• There is a greater chance of seeing volunteers wearing combat armor.
• New armor has been implanted:
• Volunteer Combat Armor (Level 30)
• Volunteer Power Armor (Level 50)
• Volunteer war dogs will also wear volunteer turbans or dog armors
