This mod will add the Wattz 3000 laser rifle in a completely new and absolutely friendly design with custom animations, models and textures inspired by the famous Wattz 2000 from Fallout and Fallout 2

The Wattz Laser Rifle has higher damage than the AER-9 Laser Rifle, has a slower velocity, and can be converted to an automatic or semi-automatic weapon on any workbench without changing barrels or receivers. If you feel like sniper shots don't do enough damage, you'll find a unique gun that adds ballistic damage to the rifle, making it one of the most powerful semi-automatic weapons, right up there with the Gauss Rifle. This option could make this rifle the most powerful energy weapon in the game. Rifles will appear in the game at levels 15-20, vendors, and high-tech factions such as the Institute, BoS, and Gunners.

If for some reason you can't get it from a vendor or enemy, or you want to get it faster, there are few unique places in the world and you can also find non-unique Wattz 3000 rifles at the Wattz Electronics store. There are few non-unique paintjobs for your personal taste, but if you want something special, be prepared for a treasure hunt. The Wattz 3000 laser rifle is Wattz Electronics’ attempt to re-enter the military market after their previous rifle, the Wattz 2000, was replaced by the more modular and rugged AER series of laser weapons. The rifle's power, even with its slow rate of fire, led to it beating other competitors in military trials and being released to troops in limited numbers as the AER12.

Serial production of civilian models, originally produced only for special forces in 2075, was completed and they were ready to be shipped to the civilian market on October 23, 2077, but the bombs were dropped before they could be shipped.

When the institute found the blueprints for the Wattz 3000, they changed their plans to use the resources they had. The Wattz 3000 accepted focusing crystal changes more than the AER-9, but the manufacturing cost was too high, so the institute returned to the ILR-03. While Courses is available in limited numbers, it's the perfect weapon to eliminate runaway synths.
