Weapon changes
Since the new Wattz 3000 MkII uses a "short barrel" vs. "long barrel" update path instead of an improved barrel like the original laser rifle, I (original author Exoclyps, the same below) rebalanced the long barrel to no longer increase damage compared to the short barrel, and moved it to increase the base damage to the weapon and increase the damage of the receiver. This should make pistols and rifles equally viable in terms of damage.
Rating list changes
These changes require a new archive to be applied.
Brotherhood soldiers now carry a version of the rifle starting at level 40.
Brotherhood Papers now generate pistol versions starting at level 40.
Gunslinger bosses and high level Gunslingers now spawn this weapon after level 42.
