Wattz 3000 mkII laser gun (Chinese update)

This mod will add a remake of the popular Wattz laser gun

The 2K and 4K texture master files are now packaged, and the special version generation patch (used to generate at a specific location, otherwise it can only be obtained through the console or extractor) and the customized aiming baseline patch (requires this prerequisite) are uploaded together, and you can choose to install them according to your needs.

Hotfix patch updated on October 21st: Removed unnecessary Nuka World prerequisites. No other changes. It has been packaged and uploaded together with the above files, and can be overwritten and installed into the module folder.

This mod will add the Wattz 3000 mkII modular laser platform with a new lore-friendly design with custom animations, models and textures inspired by the famous Wattz 2000 laser gun from Fallout 1/2 and Tactics

The Wattz 3000 mkII is a continuation of the previous successful model, now with even more advanced technology. It includes enhancements such as Pip-Boy Link for biometric locking and ammunition management, an ammunition counter, and a smart aiming subsystem, making it one of the first "smart gun" models. After noting the success of other Watts laser products such as the Watts 1000 pistol and Watts 2000 rifle, the Watts 3000 mkII model was contracted to Vault-Tec shortly before the war, but ongoing financing problems led to the decision to release the laser platform to the civilian market. Due to its high pre-war cost and technical complexity, such a gun is rarely found in the wasteland. Once you reach level 30, you can find them in the vendor's assortment, and sometimes, Brotherhood of Steel soldiers carry them. There are some unique variations too, check out the images for tips on where to find them :)

Known errors:

~~Currently not compatible with the old Wattz Laser Gun mod. This is because this one uses the same path for the assets, causing the two guns to look confusing. This may be fixable, although it's lower priority as it may also require animation rework~~

The ammo counter will always show a full magazine after reloading, so if you have less ammo in your inventory than the gun should be loaded with, the counter will show an incorrect number. This is due to the way the behavior works, and considering it's supposed to be a late-game weapon when you should have plenty of ammo, so I don't think it's a game-breaking bug.

If you equip the safe with this gun, the ammo counter light will not work. To fix it, just go to third person and back, or reequip the weapon. This is a vanilla bug and there's nothing I can do about it (it happens with Gauss rifles too)
