Adds different outfits and new, legend-friendly armor. Armor can be crafted in the Chemistry Workbench under its own category, for PIP PAD/Tablet or traditional PIP BOY users. All-in-one mod!
Preface: Far Harbor Nuclear World DLC
Updated on September 27th: V1.03 - Railway Jacket plugin. The 1.02 main file is required. It is now packaged and uploaded together with the main file.
This mod adds armor with some different outfits. It requires Nuka World and Far Harbor.
There are original Male and Female versions.
I made this on 10.1.163, but without any kind of script I figured it would run on Next Gen. This has not been tested yet, so any testing would be greatly appreciated!
The armor uses the body and armor slots, which means you can enhance it with *stealth* armor pieces from other mods without any clipping.
Update V 1.03 *****
- Added craftable Railjacket variant with new belt pack. As always, both PIP Boy and PIP Pad versions are available.
- Added craftable armor for cait, metal and pouch.
Download version 1.02 (required) before upgrading to 1.03. rewrite. ESP is the same as the one in 1.03.
Update V 1.02 *****
- Removed workbench ballistic weaving menu - it was causing CTD. Viewing
- Added 3 Vault Set versions
- female body
Minor clipping fix - under development for old generation - next generation
Make *****
Armor can be crafted using the Chemistry Workbench, under "00 Wastelander", here is a description of how the different outfits are named:
Wastelander's Gear (K L PP)
K is for Kroger, D is for Diamond City Security, G is for Gun Guard, and GW is for Green and White
L is for "leather bag" and C is for "canvas bag" (the ones from the original Brotherhood Fatigue, resized and weighted)
PP stands for PIP PAD (or tablet, or whatever), which means you'll have armor on your left forearm; PB stands for PIPBOY. NPCs wearing PB armor will have a bare left arm.
Future upgrades*****
I'm working on a few Vault Dweller variants, as well as a chest armor slot item that may be worn over other clothing/inner armor. Some tailoring may occur as it is difficult to make something that will fit perfectly on any garment
Recommended Modules *****
All assets used to create this mod are original. This means it is a lightweight mod and all textures depend on the game you installed yourself.
I recommend using it with a retexture mod, such as Thaylar's, which is my personal choice.
I think it would be perfect for a game modded with tumbajanba's armor, which is awesome and kinda inspired this mod
Installation instructions *****
You can see all the variants in the screenshots section, or a screenshot of the Creation Kit with all the IDs if you want to add it via the console.
Or just write "help wastelander 4 armo" to get the full list.
This mod uses loose files, it's very lightweight and I don't think you need to package it; just remember to enable loose files in the INI.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
