The Eagle proudly surveys the ruins. No one knows his real name, most just know him as that crazy Old World-obsessed lunatic who transformed himself into a suit of bird-based armor and only exists in the occasional pre-war coin or propaganda, but he knows his mission. Wanting to be an example of someone who wore the flag of the Old World around his waist, he left the ridicule and ridicule of Bunker Hill, leaving it to himself to guard the monument in spite of the farmers who haunted it. He's content to fly like an eagle on wings, maintaining his stoic self-imposed exile via a rickety jetpack, missile launcher in hand, possessing the kind of strength the Founding Fathers would have been proud of...he assumes.
This goofy mini-boss is located on an overpass near Bunker Hill and is equipped with a missile launcher because I was too lazy to make a custom weapon for it.
The armor features a non-powered armor jetpack and fall damage cancellation for excellent mobility.
Anyway, I've been wanting to make more Birb themed stuff, so this was a fun little project. The animation of using a jetpack without power armor can be funky, but it works fine on my end, so I'm not sure it needs another mod. The worst that could happen is you get into an A-pose while flying, so in theory nothing too bad.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
