After much deliberation, I realized that things were complicated.

As I said in my Commonwealth War test report

Let more spawns only be responsible for spawning monsters indoors

Let only the Federation War on the big map be used to spawn monsters

The two mods deal with indoor and outdoor respectively (such as real light and shadow and darker night)

Therefore, the changes in these two special editions

It completely removes all spawning functions of more spawns on the big map.

The problem of transforming the Sanctuary Hill mecha into a T45 no longer exists.
