How to get it: Look carefully, it’s quite troublesome. Go to the Wesson Atomic Toy Factory, enter the factory, and go up the stairs inside the factory (not outside). You can see a broken bookshelf with a box on one side and a table on the other. There is a "key" on the bookshelf. After getting the "key", go through the stairs outside the factory and go to the roof of the factory. You can see a cage with a power armor inside. The author placed this cage in a somewhat subtle position. You cannot directly reach the cage door by going up the external stairs on one side (you can run directly to the door by going up the stairs on the other side). You need to go around along the edge of the roof.
