Vivid Hair Color Extension (2.0)

All versions include Even Darker Eyebrows (EDE).

Select only one of the three main files.

Any further additions to VHCE (New Color Pack) in the future will be used with one of the three main VHCE files.

I've organized all the versions from left to right:

Vanilla (Van)/Vivid/Low Saturation (LS)/Dark Blonde (DB)

They are also numbered to appear in the same order as the in-game hair color menu.

For example, "1Van Platinum Blond" is the vanilla version (without mods) of the Platinum Golden Hair color.

"1DB Platinum Blond" is the Darker Blonde version of Platinum Blond hair color.

Just hover over each screenshot to see its message "#Ver Hair Color."

~Notice~

The screenshots of the less saturated (LS) and darker blonde (DB) versions are not a 1 to 1 comparison with vanilla and Vivid screenshots.

The change in sun direction/time of day makes the mirror image of the hair less abrupt and the color clearer.

This is especially noticeable on darker hair colors.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
