Install:
- Download Enb Binaries and Vivid Weathers (or NAC for 2.0)
- Install Vivid Weathers using mod managers such as NMM and MO2
- Extract the Enb Binaries files (d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll) and Vivid ENB files to the root folder of Fallout 4 (e.g. "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4")
