About this mod Machine translation
what it can do
affinity event
This is my first attempt at modifying Fallout 4 through scripting. With this mod, I started playing the game. It pretty much does what the title says: whenever your action affects a companion's affinity level, vanilla notifications now follow the current affinity rate and the amount it decreased or increased by.
Check affinity through partner dialogue
In addition this affinity can also be checked through partnership conversations! Applies only to your current partner. Ask about your relationship and display a message box right after your companion says how he/she feels about you.
affinity list
Affinity List items are automatically added to the player's inventory under the AID section. It displays all relationship data for all unlocked peers. Can also be bound to hotkeys.
Affinity Holotape
Affinity Holotape items are automatically added to the player inventory under the MISC section, which displays a list of unlocked companions with portrait pieces, small descriptions, and affinity information. It's also an in-game configuration tool for multiple display options.
Far Harbor
As of v3.0, Far Harbor DLC support has been added to unlock all features of Old Longfellow. If you own the DLC, make sure to install the mod using remote support.
nuclear world
As of v4.14, Nuka-World DLC support has been added to unlock all features of Porter Gage. If you own the DLC, make sure to install the mod using Nuka-World support.
An affinity level of -1100 to 1100 corresponds to a percentage table of -110% to 110%, see below:
Affinity 500.00 = 50.0%
Affinity 1100.00 = 110.0%
Affinity -1100.00 = -110.0%
Affinity 999.00 = 99.9%
example:
Strongly liked this. Affinity: 87.5% (+1.5%)
X6-88 hates this. Affinity: 64.0% (- 10.0%)
MacCready admires you. Affinity: 100.00% (+10.0%)
Curie adores you. Affinity: 110.0% (+10.0%)
How to install
Use a mod manager like Mod Manager.
Either
Extract the rar file's main/data and one of the following contents to the Fallout4/data folder: main/NoDLCs, main/HarborOnly, main/NukaOnly, or main/AllDLCs.
main/AllDLCS is only used if Far Harbor and Nuka-World are installed.
Use main/HarborOnly only if the remote port is installed.
Main/NukaOnly is only used if Nuka-World is installed.
Use the mod manager or enable VisibleCompanionAffinity.esp manually.
Make sure these lines appear in Fallout4Prefs.ini or Fallout4Custom.ini:

How to use in game
There's really not much to do. Install it, launch the game and it works.
Whenever your actions affect a companion's affinity level, vanilla notifications will now respect the current affinity rate and the amount decreased or increased. As for v2.0 affinity, it can also be checked through companion dialogue selection! Applies only to your current partner. After a companion says how he/she feels about you, a message box appears.
Check affinity values via the companion relationship dialog, affinity list inventory item, or Affinity Holotape item.
Configure display options through Affinity Holotape.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
