About this mod Machine translation

A massive "zombie apocalypse" mod set in Vermont.

Prerequisite: Far Harbor DLC

Updated Chinese address on August 25th:

Version 1.4 updated on August 20th: some minor fixes and improvements. Added another quest and an easter egg ending.

As shown in the figure, from the map expansion module.

Travel to the beautiful Green Mountain State, a land of vast forests, colorful riverfronts, quaint towns, and wild ghouls... lots and lots of wild ghouls.

"Savages," as the locals call them, appear seemingly out of nowhere.

Help the locals fight the savages and slowly uncover the cunning plot lurking in the shadows.

There are no quest markers. Explore the world and talk to people to figure out what to do. You will meet many interesting characters and factions. All characters are fully voiced and lip-synced. (generated by artificial intelligence)

There is a secret tunnel on the north side of Asylum Mountain that you can use to reach Vermont (there is a marker on the map)

Install

Requires Far Harbor DLC. No other mod requirements. Unzip and copy the Data folder to your Fallout 4 directory/enable VermontWorld.esp, or follow directly using Vortex/MO2.

I (original author Yogibird111, the same below) don't know if this mod is suitable for 4K update. I'm using a downgraded version of GOG.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
