About this mod Machine translation
It is disabled by default, so to enable it you need to go to the Data folder, then F4SE, Plugins, open the f4ee.ini file and change bUnlockHeadParts from 0 to 1.

This mod allows you to use 14 male hairstyles and 8 female hairstyles when creating your character, which are usually not available at the start of the game.
This includes hairstyles that are unlocked after completing the main mission "Out of Time", as well as "hidden" hairstyles that are usually unlocked by picking up "La Coiffe" magazines in the game world (no optional versions of these are available).
Install:
- Install using NMM or the mod manager of your choice, or install manually
Delete "UnlockAllHairstyles.esp" in the Fallout 4\Data folder.
uninstall:
- If installing manually, deactivate the mod in the mod manager or delete the .esp.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
