Ultrawidescreen patch
This mod patches the Fallout 4 interface for 21:9 UW-UXGA resolution.
This mod is completely standalone and does not require Flawless widescreen functionality.
This mod correctly converts all 3d icons displayed in the load screen, scope, Power Armor Rainbox and menu to a 21:9 aspect ratio.
Simply install this mod using your favorite mod manager.
I'm using ModOrganizer 2, but NMM will work fine too (if you want to lose your mind managing billions of loose files in the same folder).
Don't forget to edit the Fallout4Prefs.ini file under [Display] and add the 21:9 resolution setting:
iSize W = 2560; or the 21:9 resolution you use
iSize H = 1080
bTopMostWindow = 0
bMaximizeWindow = 0
bFull Screen = 0
bBorderless = 1
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
