Install
I really recommend installing it via Vortex Mod Manager or Mod Organizer 2. The installation wizard will guide you through the steps and minimize the possibility of future errors. The plugin is an ESP file with an ESL header.
How to get armor
The armor can be found in Tumba's Trunk, located near the first Red Rocket gas station outside of Asylum Villa.
