You can even rename a generic bot to have a unique name.
How to install
Extract the contents of the rar file to the Fallout4/data folder.
Enable ModdableGreygarden.esp (yes, I spelled it wrong the first time :( ) using the mod manager or manually.
Make sure these lines appear in your Fallout4Prefs.ini or Fallout4Custom.ini:

compatibility
Requires Fallout 4 Auto Workshop DLC.
-Ren-'s "Handy Hats and Armors" (current version 1.31) will hide the torso and leg mods on any vanilla Ms. Nany/Mr. Handy/Mr. Gutsy NPCs, including Codsworth, as -Ren- removed the "ap_Bot_BotCore" and "ap_Bot_BotLegs" keywords from Mr. Handy Race's APPR record entries, which were required for the DLC Automatron. Thanks to fernicar for reporting this to me!
How to use in game
There's really not much to do. Install it, start the game, and if you have Graygarden as a settlement, you can modify all Mr. Handy robots in the Robot Workbench like any other automaton. Just change the mods designated as "non-automaton" and you're golden.
Comment
This is Gopher's first review covering one of my mods. Thank you very much to him! Check out his website and YouTube channel for more mod reviews and playthroughs! Also thanks for pointing out that I misspelled Graygarden's name! :)
Future plans
Professor Goodfeels in Sunshine Tidings co-op is moddable as a separate mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
