About this mod Machine translation
V2.0. *Not compatible with V1.0.1 saves
This is my overhaul of the intimidation privilege.
You now have some new dialogue options.
Dialogue options:
First set of options:
Escape: Let the NPC escape. If they pop a slave collar after five seconds!
A fleeing NPC doesn't care if you sheath your weapon.
Mug: Take someone else’s hard-earned hat. Or if open stock.
Command/End Command: An invisible speech check that replicates Intimidation Level 3. Guaranteed success if the NPC is enslaved, humiliated, or restrained. If the NPC is a command, this option will end the command state.
More. Move to second group
Second set of options:
Frenzy/End Frenzy: Just like Command, but copies intimidation level 2.
Slavery/End Slavery: You must have a Slave Collar in your inventory. The NPC can resist, but if successful, the NPC will enter a state of servitude.
Binding/Unbinding: If you have handcuffs or sturdy handcuffs. You can try to bind NPCs, and if successful, they will enter the bound state.
Comeback: Take you back to the first set
state:
NPCs can be in different states.
Status list:
Soothe: All the basic states of intimidating NPCs are present. Pacifying NPCs have a 50% chance of dropping a weapon the first time they are pacified.
Command: A commanded NPC will follow the player and fight for them
Frenzied: Crazy NPCs fight for the player, or Mezzed to fight the player and their friends.
Enslaved: Enslaved NPCs will negate most peaceful ending events.
Binding: The bound NPC has been handcuffed and limited in the number of pacification ending events.
Confined: A Confined NPC is like a Confined NPC but with Prisoner Shackles from Nuka-World or Shackles from Contraptions Studio.
Mezzed: A Mezzed NPC has been pacified by Mesmetron, and they are delusional enough to accept what you say without resistance.
Some of these states are mutually exclusive from others.
Mezzed and Enlaved are the only states that NPCs own simultaneously with other states.
Mesmetron:
New in version 2.0 is Mesmetron from Shipment 3.
You can find the prototype Mesmetron on the table at the end of Hallucigen Labs, with 5 Mesmetron cells.
More Mesmetron batteries can be purchased from the weapons vendor at level 23.
Mesmetron has a 50% chance of "mezzing" (pacifying) the target.
There is a 30% chance of making the target rabid.
Using Mesmetron to go crazy with an NPC will pop up version 2.0.2 of Nerd Rage.
There is a 20% chance of causing the target's head to explode.
If you shoot an enslaved NPC, their heads will explode.
Mesmetron also has two craftable scopes. Standard and Reflective.
New in version 2.0.5 is the new model of sythropo. Projectiles have also been changed to use robobrain mesmetron projectiles.
mesmetron reload animation!
Bind NPC:
You can bind the NPC if you have handcuffs or sturdy handcuffs in your inventory.
Sturdy Handcuffs can be crafted at the Chemistry Station as components or as Vanilla Handcuffs. Sturdy handcuffs cannot be scrapped and will not be accidentally scratched.
You can open the bound NPC inventory and use it as you like. If you leave the area, the bound NPC will try to escape.
Slave NPCs:
You can enslave NPCs if you have slave collars in your inventory.
Slave collars can be crafted at the Chemistry Station.
Enslaved NPCs will not stop being comforted until the collar is freed one way or another.
Enslaved NPCs will not escape.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
