This mod simply adds some basic bars of ambient audio from real-world pubs to the Third Rail Bar in Neighborhood. I (original author NETZ2121, the same below) feel that the bar is too quiet, especially with mods like "Better The Third Rail" and "Jagged's Third Rail", which add extra NPCs throughout the bar. So hopefully this solves your immersion issues. That being said, you should still be able to hear Magnolia when she sings, and if you have the mod that adds radios to the bar, you should also be able to hear them by adjusting the audio slider appropriately. The further away from the bar, the audio should also fade out.
There are two versions, you can choose one and install it according to your preference.
