About this mod Machine translation
Third Person Aim Down Sights
Original address: Author: TheBeat69
Chinese version: Night Mother Version: 2.0
This MOD adds the function of right-clicking to aim and select first/third person shooting when the game is played from a third-person perspective.
Installation and use:
- F4SE is required as a prerequisite. Please load this mod after picking up Pip-Boy in Shelter 111;
- The author stated that it requires the game body 1.10 and F4SE0.5.0 to run, but I can also run it normally under the game body 1.9.4 and F4SE0.4.2 environment;
- After entering the game, a holographic cassette for settings will be added to you, where you can choose whether to use the perspective switching function provided by this MOD;
- If enabled (enabled by default), in the third person, pressing the aiming key (default right button) will be third-person aiming, and double-clicking the aiming key will be first-person aiming.
Author's statement:
This mod was made without permission by borrowing the framework of MGS Aiming. The reason is that the author has not updated it for a long time, and the mod has bugs such as first-person gameplay being forced to the third-person perspective and the power armor perspective. In addition to fixing some bugs of the former, this MOD changes the third-person aiming perspective to be switchable, thus adapting to more players.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
