About this mod Machine translation
These are various pieces of jewelry and accessories that I assigned to Fallout 4, from the amazing original creations made by LeahLilith for The Sims 3 and 4 (visit her sim resource page and her tumblr here), and then ported to Skyrim by Kalilies (that link is LL for proper crediting of the originals. The site has adult content, but it's not on that page. You can visit Kalilies' profile here). I have permission to port these from both authors and have included the permission screens for LeahLilith and Kalilies in the images section.
I also added some new color variations to some pieces.
This is a WIP. There are currently 42 items in total.
Here you can get male plugins generously made by Yusei0! This mod is required.
important things
Some of the accessories in this model will require gentle treatment of your character in the surgical center.
Depending on the hair, ears and earlobes, and the position/height of the lips, things like spiked headbands, fly-hair earrings, root earrings, and bumpy lip piercings sometimes won't fit your character. This is not a BUG.
I've tried my best to have them sit in a relatively normal position, but you may need to adjust some body parts to make those fit better, or permanently adjust their position to suit your character using the Outfit Studio if you're used to it.
Distortion with things like Swirly Earplugs can occur when using extreme poses. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know.
I did try to make Bodyslide files for some of the pieces, but they were distorted so much that I think its disadvantages greatly outweighed its advantages.
I used Claire from my set of 8 female faces and slightly adjusted her lips to accommodate the bump lip piercing if this helps anyone.
I plan to continue optimizing these parts in future versions - such as adding physics instead of like fixed weights (which makes the earrings deform mainly in certain positions a bit weird).
something more important
**As of V2, I have completely switched to the AWKCR/AE version. I'll probably do a V2 vanilla ESP in the next week or so when I have time. Please delete the previous ESP before installing as I mistakenly put "V1" at the end of the ESP when making it and forgot to delete it before uploading. **
The AWKCR/AE ESP allows you to wear multiple items at the same time and combine them with other accessories if their slots are compatible. I've used a variety of sockets that match relatively where on the body the jewelry/accessories should go.
Also thanks to SuperSledgeNY for helping me solve the ESP problem of V1:)
Known issues
Certain earrings warp in certain poses (mostly crouching).
- There is no physical factor in bumping lip piercings, so do not move with your lips when speaking.
Accessories list
Preliminary Release - June 1, 2017 - 19 items

If you are adding the project via the console, these are the exact names.
For those using the AWKCR/AE version, I've put the categories they can make in brackets below them.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
