About this mod Machine translation

Machina and Her is a great mod, but it doesn't include player voices.

This plug-in provides full voice dialogue between men and women, with matching lip files, and needs to be produced on demand.

The Machine and Her Revival:

The main files in BA2 and component formats have been uploaded. You can choose one of the two to install according to your needs.

Another Chinese version of the address will be updated on March 22. If you need it, you can pick it up:

This mod contains the same functionality as the XDI patches for Machine and Her, but is not compatible with the XDI patches themselves.

Since dubbing dialogue requires adjusting multiple mission dialogue conditions, this version has integrated all XDI patch functions.

I (the original author GlowingPeketo, the same below) noticed that some people are dissatisfied with the use of AI voices recently, and I would like to clarify.

I've used XVA Synth to generate sounds before and no one complained - even though it's also an AI-based tool. For example, the Point Lookout module uses similar technology, and as far as I know, no one blames the author for it.

Now that modern AI tools sound more realistic, this is suddenly a big problem. To be honest, I thought it was funny. return

At the end of the day, both are artificial intelligence tools—it’s just that one sounds more natural than the other.

If you don't like AI speech generator tools, then don't use this mod.

If you don't mind, enjoy it!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
