About this mod Machine translation

The Louvre Museum

Project introduction:

I hope you enjoy art because I built the Louvre! As you can tell from the videos that come with this mod version, this is a speed build, and I put together the vast majority of this project in eight videos in real time. With the exception of a few small parts including last hour polishing, the entire structure is designed from start to finish for your personal viewing. The Louvre blueprint is the facade. I didn't do the interior because...honestly...I had no purpose. I did it mostly as a test of skills because... well... well, you want to know the secret? I applied for Zenimax. I didn't actually expect to get the job since I wasn't eligible to relocate, but...finding any meaningful employment outside of retail has proven difficult so...why not.

Anyway, my personal crap aside...enjoy the design. It's big... very big. If you want to make a mod for Fallout: Paris, you're going to need it sooner or later. Oh, and since there is no "Louvre" architecture in the game files, I had to make it by hand from scratch. It's extensive and punishing for your PC, but you can reduce the number of nifs you need to render by creating some additional SCOL based on what I've provided.

include:

A Worldcell that has nothing to do with Fallout 4 Federation. The worldcell is fully laid out and only requires LOD and navigation. The model is a fully detailed design schematic of the Louvre, including 1.6 million polygons. All the difficult design work was done, this bad boy just needed a comfortable home. (thumbs up)

Require:

Fallout 4 ESM

DLC Coast ESM (Far Harbor)

DLC NukaWorld ESM(Nuka World)

terms and Conditions:

Use as you see fit, but mention me in the credits. While a link to this page is understandable, I don't mandate it.

Project Brief:

I hope you love art because I built The Louvre! As you can tell from the videos attached to this mod release, this was a speed-build where I assembled the overwhelming majority of this project in real time across eight videos. Excluding some minor parts including an hours worth of polish at the very end, this entire structure was designed from start to finish for your personal viewing. The Louvre Blueprint is just the exterior. I didn't do the interior because... honestly... I didn't have a purpose for it. I primarily did this as a test of skill because... well... ok, you want in on the secret? I applied for Zenimax. I don't actually expect to get the job because I'm not eligible for relocation, but... finding any sort of meaningful employment outside of retail has proven difficult so... why not.

In any case, my personal crap put to the side... enjoy this design. It's large... very large. If you want to do a mod for a Fallout: Paris, you'll sooner or later need this anyway. Oh, since none of the architecture for The Louvre exists in the game files I had to handcraft everything from scratch. It's expansive and punishing for your PC, but you can probably cut down on the nif's needing rendering by creating some additional SCOLs based off of my provided content.

Includes:

One Worldcell not linked to the Fallout 4 Commonwealth. The worldcell is fully laid out and only requires a LOD and navmeshing. The model is a fully detailed design schematic for The Louvre including 1.6 million polys. All of the difficult design work is completed and this bad boy just needs a comfy home. (thumbs up)

Requirements:

Fallout 4 ESM

DLC Coast ESM (Far Harbor)

DLC NukaWorld ESM (Nuka World)

Terms and Conditions:

Use as you see fit, but mention me in the credits. Though a link to this page would be appreciated, I do not require it mandatorily.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
