Once Phase 3 is complete, the College will look ahead to Phase 4. A new expanse of the academy has been built, turning the once small enclave into a sprawling metropolis. The new story is sprinkled throughout the mod, with references to other Academy-themed mods you may have installed, some pop culture references, and a short story told through terminal entries. Other areas include a new Director's Retreat, Interrogation and Synthetic Zoology Program Phase 2, among others.

Encphalic Overdrive: Increase your reaction speed and make time appear slower

Infrared Oculus: Emphasizing the heat signature of living targets

Light-sensitive Oculus: Enhances low-light areas

Field of View Markerlight Oculus: mark hostile targets

Localized Relay: Enable real-time teleportation, allowing you to sneak up on enemies in cover or dodge incoming missiles

New areas can be found at the top of the stairs in each section of the Academy Hall and within each department. The mod should theoretically work no matter when you install it. I believe it should work no matter which faction you choose, although it's been a while since I've played with other factions so I haven't tested this yet. If there's a problem, please let me know and I'll see if I can fix it.

The only difference between the DLC-less version and the DLC (Far Harbor) version is that the fish in the Synth Zoological area are animated in the DLC version. Everything else is the same.

Sorry it took so long, I had too many distractions in the outside world. Update 1.1 includes an improved Synthetic Zoology Initiative area, cleaning out the FEV lab with various interactive experiments, a more cinematic biotransfer scene with the ability to further upgrade your synthetic body, reversible biotransfer (removing all cybernetic and upgrade perks), a full Workshop Director's Retreat, and almost all bug fix suggestions.

To unlock the workshop, just approach the workshop under the stairs. This way, if anyone doesn't want to have a studio there, they can move the camera around freely without having to worry about going into build mode.

To upgrade your synth, sit on the recycling chair in the cybernetic area that appeared when you performed the biotransfer. You must have the material listed in your inventory in order for the perk to appear and be purchased. The benefits are as follows:

Wired Reflection: Faster reloading (requires 10x fiber and 6 steel)

Medical Nanobots: Automatically heal you when you are injured. You must have Nanobots in your inventory, more can be crafted at the ChemStation under "Utilities" (requires 10 Antiseptics and 6 Crystals)

Strengthened Ossification: No fall damage (requires 10 aluminum and 6 bones)

Neural Interface: Faster movement while wearing power armor (requires 10 curcuitry and 6 glass)

Pheromone Dispenser: Increases charisma in persuasive conversations (requires 10 gold and 6 plastic)

Reinforced Leatherweave: Increases resistance to enemy damage (requires 10 Steel and 6 Ceramic)
