Founded and led by Dr. Edward Gray, Graygarden is a small Robco facility west of Cambridge originally designed to advance hydroponics and related robotics projects. However, unlike above-ground facilities, The Foundry was created earlier and is not open to the public. As the war with China raged, Robco modified the facility to assist in the war effort.
The Foundry is an immersive gamer's Home under Graygarden. Almost the entire facility can be completely scrapped and redecorated, with plenty of space. I created this position with roboticists and other science/mechanic types in mind. This workshop is associated with the workshop at Graygarden. Also a little background on the facility and Dr.Gray. Inside is everything a robot enthusiast needs to start building robots (assuming you've completed the Automatron DLC and/or unlocked the ability to build robot types).
Unlike many other indoor workshop player homes, this home is not clean. Time has made this facility cluttered and dirty, but with a little time and effort, players can clean it up if they so choose.
The entrance can be found near the Graygarden Workbench, in the bunker hatch under the bridge.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
