About this mod Machine translation
I didn’t play Fallout 4 much a while ago, I just occasionally changed the files, and wrote all the required SFX Shaders into the ENB, and then ruthlessly abandoned ReShade. So I wanted to test the results in the past two days, but ended up getting into trouble with the evil Home Plate. The obsessive-compulsive disorder patient said that he would never live in this crooked and broken house again. I wanted to refund the money and change it. Speaking of which, the game does not have this setting, well, it’s time for the Home Plate remake mod that I love and hate to appear.
First thanks to the author Niepowiem315, N network connection:
Unauthorized surreptitious transfer: Home Plate Re-Shaped v1.2.zip (126.03 KB, download times: 36) (The author seems to have abandoned the trap, so there should be no problem if it is moved openly)
I am still not Chinese, but this mod may not need to be Chinese.
- Please read the following introduction and related questions carefully before using this MOD *
MOD Introduction:
Make the geographical shape of the home plate more regular, as shown in the picture below. The left side is the previous home plate, and the right side is the new one. A small basement has been added, and the roof is also different. OCD says that right angles are good.
The Z-axis angles of the new home plate version are also positive. Except for the little bit on the lower right side of the picture above, the other boundary Z-axes are all 0/90/180/270 degrees. It is very convenient to use the console to align during construction.
After the new mod, the things in the new version of Home Base are basically the same as those in the original version of Home Base.
This mod only has one esp. If you cannot install the game path using the mod management software, please manually extract it to the data folder.
MOD questions:
First of all, the power generation switch that comes with the home plate version seems to be unusable, so you need to use other mods or use the console to refresh the generator.
This mod re-creates a home base version, and it is still in the same space as the original home base version of the game. The original home base version has not been deleted, but the workshop, power generation switches and doors have been moved to the new home base version. Therefore, anything left behind in the old home base version can be retrieved directly through TCL. The construction mode is also the same. The result is that this mod does not conflict with many other home base modification mods, but it is also not compatible, which is weird.
Because the cell has been changed, the precombine in this area fails. Combining with some resource-hungry construction objects will cause serious frame drops. However, the frame drops will slow down after a while, so if you suddenly get stuck, wait and it should not be stuck.
The basement floor has no surface coordinates in the construction mode, so you need to place everywhere to build things in the basement.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
