Cambridge Internal Area Extension
- Author: Tommygunner321
I (Tommygunner321) had so much fun making my "TG'z Fens Interiors" mod that I decided to make another one in a different area of Boston. There are fewer interiors this time (10 instead of 12), but I made up for it by putting more time and effort into these. Rather than exhaust myself and cover the whole of Cambridge, I decided to stick to the west of Cambridge, or more specifically, the College District. I had a lot of fun making these interiors and I hope you all enjoy exploring them as much as I enjoyed making them, thank you.
Place
Franklin Theater
The Franklin Theater was a popular venue before the war and was a hotspot for local collage students due to its quality performances. After the war, a group of gunmen took refuge within its once bustling walls. Located near Fraternal Post 115.
Coral Bar
A humble Corner pub that once catered to local Cambridge pub flies. Located near the Collegiate Administrative Building.
New Saints Church
A beautiful old church hiding a dark secret. Not for the faint of heart. Located near Campus Law Firm.
Lord of Radiation
Only the highest quality TVs and radios can be bought here...but now that the world has been destroyed, you don't have to pay and make your own! Located in College Square.
West Bridge Hotel
This small back street hotel is a cheaper alternative to high end hotels and has seen better days. However, in a post-apocalyptic world, people can't be picky about where they sleep. Located near the Collegiate Administrative Building.
Abandoned home
Private residence of a pre-war Cambridge citizen. Small, quiet, and comfortable...after you clean away the dust and cobwebs, of course. Located behind Cambridge Police Station.
Cambridge History Museum
Unfortunately, this museum has not been preserved as well as the priceless artifacts it once contained. However, it may still have some value for dedicated scavengers. Located opposite Cambridge Police Station.
Fallon's Corner Store
Fallon's local branch in Cambridge West. Clothes are available in all sizes..except for Super Mutants. Located in College Square.
Tobacconist's Store
A niche shop for tobacco lovers, unfortunately the previous owner met his smoking end. Located near Campus Law Firm.
The Lucky Lounge
An Irish-themed bar and nightclub that was once the highlight of Cambridge Square nightlife. Good luck finding the hidden surprises inside! Located in College Square.
Future plans
I'm pretty happy with how this mod turned out and don't plan on adding anything more. Of course, hopefully this is just part 1 and I may be able to do part II of Cambridge Interiors in the near future.

Author's Notes
- Please note that some of the interiors added by this mod may be considered "loot heavy" by some. I tried to restrain myself from putting too much loot, but that's how I like it to be decorated and designed. I personally like cluttered interiors as long as there aren't a lot of very valuable things lying around. *Most* of the loot within these interiors is junk and miscellaneous, not overly valuable stuff.
*Unfortunately, I just started using the new ENB, so the captured images may look different than what you see in the game. I also wasn't able to get many great photos because my particular ENB was a little too bright/dark in many interiors, which was frustrating.
*This mod requires the Automatron DLC.
Stability and performance
I made sure to clean up this mod in FO4edit so the pre-composition wasn't broken. I also tested it thoroughly before launching it to make sure everything went smoothly. However, if anyone has any qu …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
