Sunshine Tidings Vanilla DLC Transfer Settlement BP
Sunshine Tidings Co-op
Here are the people! My sunshine message board! It's a small farm (in terms of food) and seeing the weeds getting in the way of growing (you'd rather add more food). I'm trying to ensure adequate defense and food for 20 settlers. There is also a radio beacon in the settlement, but it is not connected to the conduit, if you want to activate it, just connect the wire.
If you change this, I'd love to see what you do!
There's no actual decoration going into this, if you want to decorate yourself you'd be more than welcome, unfortunately my machine won't be able to handle that part of the building.
Before import:
I import and export this settlement using stable settings, after loading BP there are only some items to float, just move them back to the ground/where they are
I used some items under the sun, the refrigerator, stove and tables were all built from the large cafeteria
Keep most things in the nurse's office except the table with the water bottle and cups and the enamel bucket
Most beds and other items are stored in the cabin
Keep the Chemistry Station in place
What you need:
WastelandWorkshop DLC
ContraptionsDLC
FarHarbor DLC
VaultTech DLC
Nuka World DLC
Settlement expansion
transfer settlement
Features:
Created entirely with vanilla/DLC assets - no modifications required
Workshop area and all crafting stations
turret! Turrets galore! (I don't like running through 'Fortune')
Reused houses/cabins
Large garden/farm
A large area is left for customization
Install:
Download and place the .json file in your fallout 4 data folder (Fallout 4> Data> F4SE> Plugins> TransferSettlements> blueprints)
Create a new empty folder and place the files in the newly created folder.
Known issues:
Lamps and spotlights may have to be moved to make them work
May have to click and release cables in house to get work
Power supply may be in red (as mentioned above)
Objects may float
My other transfer areas:
Landscape Island
gray garden
kingsport lighthouse
Abernathy Farm
Murkwater Construction
Egret Tour Marina Finch
farm
Nuka-World Strategy Red Rocket
Dalton Farm
visitor center
Fallout New Vegas
Saved games and achievements
Some other things you might like and my inspirations:
Space2jump
Mayaterror
Frozen Memories
PhasedTM

Here it is folks! my version of sunshine tidings! This is a smallish farm (in terms of food) seeing as the weeds get in the way of planting (you are more then welcome to add more food). There is also a radio beacon in the settlement however it is not attached to the conduit, if you wish to activate it, just attach the wire.

No actual decorations went into this, if you wish to decorate yourself you are more then welcome to, unfortunately my machine will not handle that part of the building in fallout.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
