Allows you to clear out the Greater Mass Blood Clinic (GMB) and make it a settlement. This settlement is a complete settlement with restoration features from tenhat's Settlement Mod. Features Automatic corpse scavenging, Rebuilt navigation mesh, Regenerated foresight lines, Custom settlement boundaries,

There are two buildings that can be rebuilt. The clinic itself and a small building across the street.

The machinery on the roof can be repaired into a functioning generator.

Replaced the door frames with some with Snappy Housekit door catches.

Previs was regenerated for this area. It's also highly grabbable, allowing you to build in most spaces. The construction area includes the clinic itself, parking areas in front of the door and to the side. I also included the road behind the clinic as part of the build area.

I won't be expanding the settlement further east or west because the border is almost directly against the cell border, and going further west would move it into a new VFX cluster. The entire settlement is located between the two units.

compatibility:

This will conflict with any mod that modifies the GMB or the area around it. This means that probably with major changes

There are some incompatibilities with Hagenberg's mod. It's probably mostly a previs issue, but please let me know.

Made some minor terrain edits around the second building so the terrain doesn't cut through the floor.
