About this mod Machine translation
Fixed some dialogue with one of the random encounters with Stash and Company, which would prevent players from being interrupted while bartering with Stash.
Stash is sometimes hard to come by. Cruel enough, if you meet her again, she may not want to talk to you at all. That makes buying something from her pretty difficult, wouldn't you say? So, I (original author Glitchfinder, the same below) fixed it.
Features
Fixed broken settings for dialogue in one of the "Hide Stash and Company" random encounters.
Marked as lightweight plugin (eslized esp) to minimize impact on loading list.
FAQ
How to start using this mod?
Just install it with MO2 or Vortex! No configuration or special steps are required.
Is it safe to use in an existing game save?
no problem.
Who is Stash and what’s the problem?
Stash is a drug dealer you can find in three different random encounters, which are unlocked sequentially and tell a story involving her and her bodyguard. The first random encounter is repeatable, but her trade menu is locked behind her greeting (or talking to her guard). Unfortunately, this greeting is set up to be played only once, making it difficult to get to her trade menu if you rerun the first encounter. I made sure you can access the greeting in subsequent encounters.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
