Updated March 15
I've uploaded my final version of the companion mod here. Since I've quit this game, I just uploaded the esp I'm using personally. It includes all companions and unique followers, AzarPonytail Hairstyles, and MiscHairstyles (v1.5, it can't be found in, please google the download link as it is not allowed to be published in) as the main file. Before using my companions mod, make sure you have these 3 awesome mods loaded in NMM.
Updated on February 23rd, a big thank you to FGmodule - the author of "Unique Fans", the patch for my companion mod has been uploaded to his mod page. Anyone interested in using these companion faces for unique fans, please go to the link below to try it ^_^:
Unique follower
Update January 27th, uploaded a tuned version of my Piper (pictured) because someone said the original one looked weird at a certain angle... Actually, that original piper face was the first one I made and I didn't tweak it much in the game...
This model is made with Face Ripper (made by xatmos) and is a simple facial overhaul of FO4 companions including Piper, Cait, Curie, Preston, Danse, MacCreday, Deacon and X6-88.
My previous version (@springfield1971 companion) was made when I first started gaming. Therefore, most of these faces are not tweaked and look weird from a certain angle or dialogue.
In this new version, all faces have been modified and should look good at all angles. Please feel free to choose whichever you like.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
