Please visit
After installing the appropriate F4SE, extract the contents of the plugin archive in the Fallout4 'Data' directory. Make sure you end up placing pppl.dll and pppl.ini.example in "Data\F4SE\Plugins" of your Fallout4 installation directory.
If you want to set the number of points you earn, then:
- Rename pppl_example.ini to pppl.ini
- Read the configuration examples in the ini file.
For f4se to work properly, you must start Fallout4 using fallout4_loader.exe.
enjoy your meal.
Tested in English and Russian versions. Others should work just fine as well.
How to get F4SE running from steam:
Rename Fallout4Launcher to Fallout4Launcher_backup
Make a copy of f4se_loader and rename it to Fallout4Launcher
The game will now launch via Steam's F4SE and will work with Overlays + Achievements + Playtime and more

Here's a little tip for those who like to grab everyone they see and don't like moving back and forth quickly to get their loot:
Open the console and enter 000250fe.activate player 1
This will open the Sanctuary Hills workshop with its container on top. But there is no mouse and Magic-T-dump-all-junc-button. But you can switch between panes using the right and left mouse buttons and other keyboard keys.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
