This mod changes tactical thinking to allow for peaceful resolutions. Now you don't have to destroy the railroad to advance the Brotherhood questline.
Talk to Kells as usual and choose "Must they all die?" or "Why are the railroads such a threat?" which gives you 3 very difficult speech checks. Through one of these, he will reluctantly end the mission.
Known Issue: If you exit a conversation with Kells too early, he will only give you 3 voice checks to choose from, with the rest saved until you pass them. Therefore, I urge you to save a file before talking to Kells.
