Small update to fix missing wallpapers
Snappy DLC Update – Version 2.1
This is a small update mainly to fix bugs and make it compatible with version 8.0 of the main Snappy HouseKit mod. In order to maintain smooth game performance, the overlay editing that made the Cliff's Edge Hotel and other Far Harbor buildings repairable/scratchable has been moved to a separate esp file for those who need that functionality. See the changelog for a complete list of fixes and updates.
Simple, comfortable, stylish and lively house - DLC version
First is the far harbor kit
coast home
The first one is actually the old DecoMain C kit, but with new materials. It includes some nice new files and added functionality. You can use this set to create a beautiful small settlement by the sea, or restore a Far Harbor settlement to its original appearance.
Cliff Edge Hotel Suites
The Cliff Edge Hotel from Far Harbor always stood out a bit to me. This is the first kit that feels modern. I added most of the content except for the huge part of this version. They don't really work because you can't put them anywhere. I'll try cutting them out later, but there's so much more good stuff in this kit! The wallpaper is great and the glass windows are really cool. Opaque windows are translucent. You can see the shadows and trees outside which makes it very effective inside. For variety, I also added clear glass. You can make really nice sky bars and shops with this. It works well with the HighTech kit and the single wall there. I look forward to seeing what you build with this! You can find it under By Kit - Hotel Kit (Far Harbor DLC).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
