The mod adds a bunch of new furniture and decorations to the studio. You may have seen these before in my mods :)

- Fallout4 latest (version 163 needs to be downgraded)
- Nuka World DLC

- Two untidy beds
- Immersive toilet paper holder with rolls right there
- Coffee wall sign
- 5 potted plants
- 6 baskets filled with vegetables/fruits
- Messy bathtub
They appear in wall decorations, miscellaneous decorations and furniture respectively.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
