Version 2.1

============ PCF Migration============

Removed editing of all hard talent checks in ESP. Talent conditions are now dynamically expanded through the Talent Condition Framework (PCF), allowing CNVSS talents to meet tests that originally required the corresponding conditions in the original version.

Removed automatic skill refresh and mirror system. With PCF handling talent equivalency dynamically, CNVSS no longer needs to continuously monitor, add, remove, or replace vanilla and mod talents during gameplay. This should completely eliminate script delays and crashes caused by the previous system.

Migrate the original talent repair function to the manual MCM debugging option for troubleshooting problems and migrating archives of old versions of CNVSS.

I migrated all original production required editing from ESP to PCF. CNVSS now dynamically modifies production conditions instead of overwriting the entire production recipe, greatly improving compatibility with modules that edit the same record.

The original CNVSS SWF replacement system has been removed. Talent and skill interface assets are now handled dynamically via PCF.

Removed ESP override of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attribute description. These descriptions are now dynamically replaced via PCF, eliminating the need for editing of the original record.

============ MCM Upgrade ===========

Significantly expanded MCM, adding more gameplay, skills, growth, voice, distribution, compatibility and troubleshooting settings.

Added manual skill repair and migration options for users who upgrade CNVSS archives from older versions.

Added configurable magazine refresh probability setting.

Removed ESP override of original voice-related game settings. These values are now applied via scripts and configurable directly through MCM.

============ Cleanup and Compatibility============

Migrate perk-point processing to PPL, eliminating the need for LevelUpMenuEx interface coverage for CNVSS.

Almost all form lists previously included in ESP have been removed. Most project classifications are now handled dynamically via keywords distributed by RobCo Patcher.

The original Papyrus-based magazine distribution system was replaced with RobCo Patcher distribution.

RobCo patcher compatibility has been added to support a large number of weapon, armor, food and consumable mods, allowing supported mod items to automatically interact with the corresponding CNVSS talents and systems.

Massive cleanups and optimizations continued throughout the mod, removing obsolete logging, redundant systems, legacy compatibility code, and features that are now handled dynamically via PCF or RobCo Patcher.

Reduce CNVSS ESP records from 713 to 531 while moving more functionality from hard plug-in editing into a dynamic runtime system.

============ Bug fixes ===========

Fixed an issue where disabling or modifying crafting experience multipoint management settings could inadvertently disable experience gain outside of crafting.

Fixed an issue where Survival skills were not adjusting food levels correctly.

============Traits============

A new "Reset" button has been added to the trait selection menu, allowing you to browse, select, and reset traits before exiting the menu after confirmation.

You can now also reset the selection of your chosen trait by reading the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. book in the Vault, or using the "Reselect Trait" option in the MCM.

============ Perks============

Added full functionality to the Mad Bomber talent. Mad Bomber now unlocks otherwise uncraftable Fallout 4 explosive r …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
