Added 2 new building trees, one for Power and another for Defense.

Power Tree (Advanced Industrial):

Lvl1 Battery Bank - Provides 10 power

Solar branch:

Lvl2 Solar Farm - Provides 20 electricity and 15 happiness

Lvl3 Solar Farm - Provides 40 electricity and 30 happiness

Wind Branch: Lvl2 Windmill - Provided

30 electricity

Lvl3 Windmill - Provides 60 power

Methane Branch:

Lvl2 Methane Power Plant - Provides 40 electricity, consumes 2 food, 2 water and generates 15 happiness

1 Brahmin

Lvl3 Methane Power Plant - Provides 80 electricity, consumes 4 food, 4 water and generates 30 happiness

2 Brahmins

Petroleum branch:

Lvl2 Petroleum Power Plant - Provides 50 electricity

Consumes 30 happiness Lvl3 oil power plant - provides 100 electricity and consumes 60 happiness

Barracks Tree (2x2 Martial Arts):

Lvl1 Guard Tent - Provides 9 defenses and consumes 2 food and 2 water to generate

Spawns 3 Synths (Gen2) Spawns 1 Institute Courser *Base Defense: Part of the goal of the Barracks tree is to roleplay each of the factions trying to take control of the Commonwealth, and two ways I did this was to tie each faction barracks into its questline and have them provide a variable amount of defense. Defense value is affected by the number of barracks controlled by the faction, how controlled by allies, and how many by rivals:

defense = baseDefense * ((NumFactionBarracks + NumAlliedFactionBarracks / 2 - NumRivalFactionBarracks / 2) ^. 25)

Each faction barracks is a Settlement-Unique and it takes about 60 seconds to catch up, so don't upgrade 2 of the same settlement in the same faction's barracks as only one will provide defense.

Don't put the windmill next to it, but put it on something with more than 3 layers, otherwise it will get pinched.
