1.3 version update:
Added next-gen compatibility. Now fully compatible with next and previous generations.
----
Added the Simple Scrapper to the settlement workshop, allowing you to scrap weapons, armor, and junk in one go. Weapon and armor scrapping results are determined by the player's perks and attachments, and the resulting materials are the same as the workbench. Since it uses F4SE to read item data directly, it supports both vanilla and Mod-added items.
This mod is fully compatible with next gen and previous gen.
To build a Scrapper, enter Build Mode and find the Simple Scrapper under the Resources > Miscellaneous tab.
If the item you place inside produces no material when scrapped, the scraper will retain its original shape.
I created this mod because my other mod, Scrap Press Machine, was too focused on flash, making it too big and slow to use comfortably. Since this mod operates using a similar calculation method there shouldn't be any issues, but if you run into any issues please feel free to leave a comment.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
