Simple Ammo Vending Machine (Updated)

Pressing drops 500 caps worth of ammo for your current weapon - saving you the hassle of buying ammo.

1.1.1 version update:

Fixed ammo cost calculation, rounded by unit like vendor, ensuring similar ammo cost to in store.

Fixed an issue where the 500 cap would always be consumed even if the actual ammo consumption was less.

Update 1.01 World Placement patch on August 15th: Fixed an error where the pre-war currency used for each purchase was lower than the expected upper limit of 30 pre-war currencies.

Optional World Placement patch added on August 14th: Added ammunition vending machines to 11 red rocket stations, which can only be paid with pre-war currency.

Optional file additions:

A new optional file, Simple Ammo Vending Machine - World Placement, has been added to the Optional Files tab.

Once installed along with the main file, ammo vending machines will be placed at 11 red rocket stations that only accept pre-war currency.

These vending machines are not affected by perks or charms and cost 30 pre-war currency per purchase.

(Version 1.02) Fixed an issue where more pre-war currency was consumed than the actual value of purchased ammunition.

This mod adds a "Simple Ammo Vending Machine" to the settlement building menu under "Shop" > "Weapons".

By activating the vending machine, 500 caps worth of ammo for your currently equipped weapon will instantly drop into the tray below.

The number of rounds you receive depends on your Charisma and associated perks - if you can normally buy 2 rounds of ammo at the cap of 2 per round, you'll get 250 rounds per use.

Full support for mod-added ammo, not just regular ammo.

If you mainly use a small number of weapons, avoid the cumbersome merchant menu and quickly buy ammo with just a few clicks.
