Over 100 building plans for Sim Settlements created by add-on packs and community members in the first year of Sim Settlements, as well as some never-before-seen building plans!
Mega Packs are a new type of Sim Settlements add-on that work seamlessly with existing add-ons. If an add-on package in which a building plan is located is detected, that add-on package will be controlled by the building plan. This allows us to create merged add-on packages without taking away control from the original author!
Includes all build plans from the following mods - note that uninstalling one of these add-ons will cause a new build plan to be selected using their graphics:
Residentials of Brian84
Jib's Residential Plugin
mine defense
Home decoration AIO
TrailerPark Dreams
PCDugAddons
Also included are building plans donated by Altairp, Eldarth and Uituit.
Bonus buildings are automatically unlocked depending on the combination of DLC and CC content you have installed from BtN and kinggath. Additional bonus buildings may be added in the future. Current bonus buildings include:
3 - BtN's residential buildings do not need to be unlocked!
Kinggath Unlock's Franchise Kit requires Slocum Joe's CC Pack
Brae Unlock Shooting Range requires Nukaworld DLC
7 - BtN Unlock's residential building requires Nukaworld DLC, Far Harbor DLC, Automatron DLC, Contraptions Workshop DLC and Wasteland Workshop DLC
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
