Sim Settlements City Plan - The Starlighbrary at Starlight by MarkAlmighty
Please note that this city plan will be added to the Sim Settlements - City Plan Pack - Contest Entries mod soon. ****************************************************************************************************** This city plan is the result of my participation in the Sim Settlements City Plan Contest in October 2018. Go to the Files tab and choose whether to download the .ESP or .ESL version, depending on your preference.
Require:
Fallout 4, no DLC
Sim Settlements v3.4.6 or higher
Recommended mods:
IDEK'S LOGISTICS STATION: This will be built on a base level (level 0) industrial plot, so you can connect Starlight to your other settlements from the start.
Sim Settlements Mega Pack - Year 1
Wasteland Venturers Sim Settlements AddOn Pack (you can also get the all-in-one from here, including WV 1 and 2)
Level 3 Overview:
Player's House: Inside the player's house there are only player beds.
Balance: Food will be short, but there will be lots of extra water as long as you have the SS Mega Pack (see above). There is plenty of room in Starlight to add your own home and agricultural land.
SS Diagram: Defense: My target defense value is at least 85. Oxhorn's excellent video explains why. However, all defensive value comes from plot. I didn't put in extra turrets or anything.
Residential: There are 10 2x2 residential lots and 4 interior lots. (Bed 15 is a regular bed.)
Agriculture: (3) 2x2 plots
Commercial: (2) 2x2 lots (plus an assignable clothing counter)
Industrial (regular): (3) 2x2 lots
Martial Arts: (3) 2x2 Figures
Recreation: (2) 2x2 Lots
Workbench:
Chemical
arms
armor
Powered Armor

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
