About this mod Machine translation
Overview
On the surface, this expansion appears to be all about Raiders. Aesthetically, it definitely is. We decided to fully embrace the visuals and even the gameplay behind Raiders. Functionally though, this expansion will add tons of possibilities and benefits for all SS players.
Conqueror will offer new ways to play at the start of a new game through pre-built settlements and the Invaders questline, culminating in a way for you to convert your settlement into a military outpost*.
Like previous expansions, Conquerors will continue to receive bi-weekly updates for the foreseeable future to improve and expand gameplay based on community feedback.
feature
Pre-built cities - When you start a new game, you can choose to have your city plans run automatically. It includes various options to customize things such as which settlements, which city plan, how they should be filled, which level they should go to, and more.
Whether you want to build an empire of conquest or want a new city experience to explore and discover, this feature will dramatically change the way you experience Fallout 4.
Play as a Raider - Many players lament their inability to play as a bad guy. While we can't offer a full experience like the base game, we offer a fun alternative. At the beginning of the Concord game, you will be able to join and go on missions with raiders.
At launch, there's a relatively simple questline to help you take over your gang's settlement. In the future, we will continue to expand this questline and add more raider features to provide you with a more fulfilling experience.
Conquer Settlements - As part of the aforementioned Raider questline or battle pack, you will be able to conquer settlements, converting them into outposts and vassals, establishing an army there instead of a settler village.
Outposts are a more military solution, focusing less on growing food and more on developing an army. Vassals provide the food and supplies needed to run the outpost.
After capturing a faction's solution, the following may happen (depending on what is configured for the faction)
The next time you return, the faction's decorations will be scattered throughout.
Lands with faction skins will have those factions applied to them.
Settlement tokens will be converted into faction tokens.
Dynamic soundscapes will be adjusted to match the tone of the camp.
Instead of settlers, all newly recruited NPCs will be faction-friendly.
Visitors will be replaced with the appropriate faction or disabled.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
