Changes compared to SimSettlements 1 version:
The Radiation Scavenger now comes in two variants: Municipal (Sanitary) and Municipal (Other).
The Museum of Oddities (inside and outside) is now a commercial museum, selling souvenirs starting from the 1st floor.
The Industrial Food Factory tech tree is not included. Instead, there's a cannery and a food paste factory that serve as separate 3x3 high-tech farms.
The e-waste incinerator is now a separate industrial (production) building scheme.
New content, this was not possible in SS1.
NOTE: As of version 21.0.0, this mod requires all 6 official DLCs.
cAr Frame (Solo 2x2)
Two rusty old cars were transformed into an A-frame-like house. Also comes with several building skins.
Swing Cabin (Single 2x2)
A cabin built from an old swing, some tree branches and plywood.
Bunker Elevator (Single 2x2)
An elevator that once led to an underground bunker was converted into a home. Basically a hill with a room inside. Comes with some building skins to change the texture of the hills.
Subway Home (single room)
A subway-themed indoor plot built from objects that may have come from an old subway station.
Baba Yaga (single 2x2)
A wooden house on mechanical chicken legs. On L1 there is a wooden stand, but from L2 onwards it can stand independently. The graphics card may be a bit difficult...
Rocket (solo 2x2)
What could possibly go wrong when building a rocket from pipes and construction debris?
Fairly high, the ladder from L2 is climbable, but a bit tricky.
When you are at the top, press left or right. Comes with building skins to change the color of the rocket.
Crate Hotel (Multiplayer 3x3)
Small apartment built out of crates. Can accommodate 2/4/6 settlers. Comes with various skins to change the color of the crate.
Plywood cabin (single 1x1)
Small shed built from planks and plywood. There is no floor, so either use a foundation or put it on a flat surface. Also, I highly recommend scrapping the pole, otherwise it will go through the roof and the cabinets at L3.
Metal cabin (single 1x1)
Another small cabin, built from metal pieces. No need for any flooring either, place on a flat surface or foundation.
Bunk Buddies (multiple people indoor)
There is room for two settlers to share a bunk bed. The number of beds is 2 on all floors.
Dormitory (Multiplayer 3x3)
A huge shack with bunk beds for the 4/8/12 settlers. It gets pretty cramped at L3…
Camping Cabin (Multiplayer 3x3)
Similar to the cabin in Sunshine Tidings. Accommodates 4/6/8 settlers. The right side and rear are a bit too big.
There is a skin that changes it from green to gray.
Treehouse Commune (Multiplayer 3x3)
Several cabins were built around and later on a large tree. Can accommodate 2/4/6 settlers. The tree is bare by default, but comes with various skins to add different colored leaves, as well as birds. A skin leaves the tree bare but adds crows.
The upper branches of some trees overhang the plot boundaries to some extent.
Wasteland Yurt (Multiplayer 3x3)
A large tent that can accommodate 2/4/6 settlers. With the upgrade, it doesn't really change on the outside, just the inside. Do the terraformer on something like dirt for best results, as some of the poles will extend into the ground.
Bus Home (Multiplayer 3x3)
An old bus converted into living quarters for the 2/4/6 settlers. Comes with two skins: Schoolbus and Nuka-World bus (if Nuka-World is installed).
Food Paste Factory (Hi-Tech 3x3)
An attempt was made to replicate the food paste used in Suffolk. Produces up to 3 types of custom food sauces available at the bar. You can also ta …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
