About this mod Machine translation

Added Maxim 9, an integrated suppressed pistol developed by SilencerCo. Comes with many customization options, independent meshes, textures and sounds, and even includes a non-NFA version of the pistol.

Prerequisite: Ammunition expansion plan (optional):

Tactical reloading (optional):

As pictured, the Maxim 9 is a one-piece silenced 9mm pistol developed by SilencerCo~~ and their Cabal of Tactical Wizards~~. No need to worry about threading the barrel or accidentally poking a predator in the eye with your suppressor when you turn too fast (or when you forget to tighten your suppressor all the way), the Maxim 9 integrates everything you need, so if anyone's against you, you can hunker down and silently take them out in your favorite way.

The Maxim 9 comes with a wide variety of accessories that you can modify, including:

20 receiver options (divided into normal configuration and non-NFA configuration)

3 grip options

5 sight options (Meow, Glow, Reflection x2, Recon)

12 reticle options (for reflex sights)

3 muzzle options (for non-NFA bodies)

3 "tactical" attachments (flashlight, laser sight (compatible with Auto Beam), and both in tandem)

9 laser color options

7 flashlight light color options

Additional Picatinny rails can be installed to connect these things

18 material options (can also be applied individually to any reflex sight)

3 ammo type options (4 with ammo expansion version)

2 bullet options (switch between subsonic and supersonic)

8 magazine options

20 glow sight color options (10 colors for rear sight, 10 colors for front sight)

The Maxim 9 is a fairly plain pistol with a base damage of 27, which can of course be improved with Perks, weapon mods, etc. By default it is chambered for .38 rounds, but can be changed to 10mm or .45 and the firing sound will change accordingly. With the ammo expansion plan, it defaults to 9mm, with .38 still available as a reload option. By default, the Maxim does not have a tier list, but the Ammo Expansion Plan allows for tier lists based on the addition of 9mm ammo, and can be crafted under the MAXIM 9 entry in the ChemStation. Free samples can be obtained from Fort Strong; however, there are three unique versions hidden away in the Commonwealth Wasteland, two of which unlock several material options.

Maxim 9 does not have any custom animations, but the Liberator's animations. Therefore, any mod that directly replaces the original animation of the Liberator will affect Maxim 9, but a mod that replaces the above animation with an independent animation (such as the BF1 Liberator animation) will not affect Maxim. The mod itself and the ammo patches are both ESL-labeled ESP plugins and therefore do not occupy ESP slots.

compatibility

As a standalone gun mod, Maxim should not conflict with anything. LL patches use scripts, so there's no need to worry about Bashed patching. At the same time, as mentioned above, Maxim sets the Liberator animation, so the module that replaces the Liberator animation independently; a module such as BF1 Deliverer will not affect Maxim, because it will only replace the original Liberator animation.

I personally recommend two animation replacement modules

WF version, COD16 slanted and centered animation:

Diakyuto's improved version, based on G17 animation:

There is also a Beretta pistol version that has been used for 18 years, but I have not tried it:

Install the main body first, then cover and install hot repair. The ammunition expansion patch and tactical ammunition reloading patch can be installed by yourself according to personal needs.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
