There will be more to come next year!

- Residential land:
- 2X2: Cozy House, Former Store, Boston Flots (can house 2 settlers!), painted in white, green and red.
- What's next?
This will be my (author, hereafter) ultimate story pack and one I've always wanted to do, so expect it to change dramatically in 2024 along with my work on Concord Stories and Sim Settlements 2.
Other previous story packs will also receive new content or a final coat of paint during the year (Nuka-World Expansion, Far Harbor Expansion, Rags & Riches, From Sanctuary To Concord...)
For bricks and clay? Expect new episodes and new skins in every possible category. The idea is to have this add-on pack allow you to build an entire settlement made out of bricks (and ASAMS)!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
