Settlement Simulation - 3-in-1 (Final Edition)
The settlers should build their own damn houses (and farms and shops and...) and you have a commonwealth to explore!
About this mod Machine translation
The settlers should build their own damn houses (and farms and shops and...) and you have a commonwealth to explore!
This mod aims to completely change the way you think about settlements. You can now create detailed living places effortlessly.
The ultimate goal: make each settlement a unique and awesome Fallout city, with perks and rewards to help you at every stage of the game.
Known issues:
Lots should not be moved in groups (holding the activation button to pick up multiple objects at the same time). Some location information in the code will not update correctly and you may end up with strange generated positions for buildings and furniture.
Twisted Terminal Bug: If you get to the museum and spot the terminal at an unnatural angle, it's probably covered in holographic tape! To fix this, save and exit, disable the mod, reload the save, save and exit again, and activate the mod again. When you reload to the last save after a few seconds, boxes, sensors, tapes, and terminals should start spawning into their correct locations.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
