Assign a settler to this token, and then, whenever you sit down somewhere in the settlement, a waiter will approach you and take your order. Waiters serve any seated settler, not just you, but you will always be served first. .
NOTE: Waiters are food vendors, so they sell food and drinks. I added some supplier-customer dialogue to make it more immersive. NPCs without settler voices can be either waiters or customers. There is a cool-down timer so the waiter will not approach the player or the same NPC for 1.3 hours after service.
