Chinese address:
cheer! - The Mod series about District 5 is finally completed. Sorry for the long wait, real life topics are a heavy blow for a project like this :D
First of all, this mod makes the previous 2 mods (links below) obsolete as they are combined in one esp that is used as a base for the build. Nonetheless, I'll leave it online as a reference for the post and error section.
Secondly, since Time is currently not recommending the creation of new content, no further improvements will be made (with the exception of dubbing), only bug fixes (if you find any).
How to start a mission:
- Go to Poseidon Sanctuary, do not use COC commands, approach or drive fast
-Turn southwest and start walking
-The mission triggers if you are within a certain radius
-View map pictures in the images section
Additional Information:
If you have further questions, please read the pinned post. It is updated regularly and incorporates the most important issues.
What you get:
Over 40 new interior/exterior units
Complete the mission, divided into 5 parts
Commonwealth Guides, if you don't choose express travel :)
A new ammo type (including a recipe for your Chem Station) => As a tribute to the Immersion Science team, please don’t expect some overpowered goodies
Complete new factions (including new textures)
New factions added to random encounters
Get a new paint job on your T60 and X01 Power Armor
A new recipe for something that already exists in the game but cannot be copied
voiced role
BOSS battle, real BOSS battle...
Some interesting stuff - if you have the patience, I recommend reading all the notes and terminal entries
Last but not least, at least 4 hours of additional gameplay
New player homes, 2 in the Commonwealth and 1 in New World Space
New World Space:D
Lots of goodies (retextures of some weapons and other assets)
What you need:
There's really only Fallout.esm/exe => I'm really stuck with vanilla - no other requirements (not even DLC)
What do you want:
Not required, but great mod: If you haven’t already, now’s the time to use CrimsomRider’s Fixed and Optimized Cleanroom Bundle
For a better look - a better look - get the mod: Full Metal Power Armor Frame by BetterCallLars
What needs to be done:
The dubbing...I know, it could be better, but I still prefer bad shit to silence everywhere.
Maybe create an ESL instead of ESP for the asset files
compatibility:
If you have previous mods installed, please uninstall them first, create a new save file, and install this file.
Due to the above statement it should be compatible with almost everything except stuff that changes the same cell
I play a heavily modified version of Fallout 4 (about 200 add-ons, 260 mods total) and have definitely never experienced anything annoying related to this add-on. Feel free to simply uninstall it and reload your save game to uninstall it
There was no lag or any CTD experienced. Runs on i5 6500 and GTX 1060 3GB
As Data.7z, ESP and archives included => Just download and install your favorite mod manager (tested and works well with NMM)
The mod is also available for Xbox One owners at bethesda.net
Tools used:
CK is used to create virtually all content
FO4Edit for cleaning CK produced stuff :D
Outfit Studio for Grids
Notepad++
Nifskope for mesh shaping
BAE (BA2 - Extractor)
Bold
Material Editor
GIMP Company
Nomination list:
Thanks to ZekePendeman who gratefully provided the textures for the X01 Power Armor!
Thanks to Fatalkrouzer, it's an honor to have him do the voiceover!
Thanks to my super brother who helped a lot by writing the text and storytelling, voice acting and helping create the textures for District 5

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
