The game has CELL update issues. So when you change CELL via esp mod

The game will reset all preset CONT (container) item positions. that means

All Power Armor frames you cleared in Federation will be reset

Their starting game value (mostly random), but all frames are bought

From merchants will not be affected.

Additionally, every cell-related game feature glitches like hell.

That's not a mod bug. This is a game engine error.

So if you want to use this mod, make sure to keep your strength armor mod.

There will be no new versions of the mod until the game bugs documented by CELL are fixed.

This mod allows you to drop piles of trash, tiles, leaves, privet hedges, vines and tree roots. Clean up your settlement effectively.

Before installing this mod, make sure you have a backup of your save file. This mod was done with FO4Edit, some issues still remain.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
